Smart digs in a great location Positive: There’s a lift for carrying bags up. Bathroom & shower were fabulous. Meet & greet worked well. Apartment had everything & the fob system worked well👍🏻 Negative: Virtually nothing. Thought the deposit deduction was archaic. Would like to have known how to use the coffee machine.

Gorgeous modern apartment Positive: Lovely apartment. Very modern and comfortable. Lady who greeted us and showed us to the apartment was really friendly and informative. Very secure building. Would come back. Negative: The only negative we could say is theres no mirrors in the bedrooms, and where there was a mirror, there were no plug sockets. Just made getting ready a bit difficult.

Short and sweet and will return Positive: Very good facilities and super clean Negative: Nothing

Definitely a better, more cost effective and nicer option than using hotels now in Birmingham Positive: Location was great, and the apartments were very luxurious and comfortable. Negative: When booking more that one apartment had to pay multiple deposits. However company was fast to return after stay and no issues.
