Positive: I can’t say enough about this place. It is so nice. We had a group who had been traveling for awhile and treated ourselves the last few nights with our stay here. It was so comfortable and had everything we needed. We didn’t want to leave. Very secure building, great check-in with very helpful staff, great location that is easy to find for rideshare and taxis so you will have no problem getting around. We walked a few minutes to a stellar cafe and Thai massage place, and there were other bars, restaurants, and cafes within walking distance. Short drive from New St train station and major shopping areas such as the Bullring. The apt was spotless, comfortable beds, spacious, washing machine, host gave us detergent pods to use for doing laundry, dishwasher, water cooler and vending machine in lobby, literally everything we needed! Staff also very responsive to any needs. Negative: The ONLY downside was the only AC unit is in the living room and is very loud. So for summer it’s a bit hot in the bedrooms. We had fans but they were also loud. Considering how amazing this place was, it was a minor issue for us.

Positive: Todo fue perfecto. Excelente apartamento.

Positive: I had to book last minute due to my original accommodation host letting me down. The staff were excellent when I explained the situation, couldn’t do enough to help and make sure my stay was comfortable. Property was clean, well appointed and exactly what we needed for our short stay Negative: Nothing
