Will definitely be back! Positive: The host was very professional, friendly and accommodating. Loved the fact that it had 2 running airconditoners, such a bonus during the heat wave! The lift was a life saver too. The location is perfect, accessible by public transport as well as ride-hailing services. Negative: Nothing really

Negative: Our booking was cancelled at the last minute, which caused significant inconvenience and disruption to our trip. We had made plans around this stay and were left scrambling to find alternative accommodation at short notice. Communication during the cancellation process was disappointing and did not provide a satisfactory solution.

An excellent and comfortable home away from home in Birmingham. Positive: The location is perfect for walking around Birmingham and the apartment itself was beautifully appointed with everything one needs to live locally. Negative: Truly nothing.

A Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended Positive: Check-in was smooth. We were greeted by a very gracious lady who showed us to our apartment and explained everything. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, fully equipped, and located in a quiet area of Birmingham. The apartment building itself was very quiet. No outside noise as such. No traffic noise. The Wi-Fi was reliable throughout our stay. All the appliances and crockery were of very good quality and spotlessly clean The best part was the two portable air conditioners. We experienced a three-day heatwave during our stay, and they kept us comfortable throughout Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Birmingham in the future. The host was also very responsive and extremely helpful Negative: No parking
