Made the Birmingham experience memorable
Positive: Fancy 😍. Beautifully designed and furnished. Easy access with key fobs.
Negative: It is only just inside the clean air zone if you’re driving.

A home away from home
Positive: This was my second time here and, like before, I loved it. Quiet and very comfortable. Everything clean and spotless, lots of room, excellent bathroom and toiletries, and very conveniently located in the Jewellery Quarter near bus strops and Metro into the City Centre.

Positive: Great location, very comfortable apartment.
Negative: Could use a coat rack and a boot tray in the front entrance to keep apartment clean of our stuff.

Felt like my own home
Positive: Millie was very helpful at check in, she gave me a complete tour and I felt comfortable as soon as I entered the building. The apartment was fully equipped with everything and all the staff that maintain the building are great.
I will certainly be returning whenever I come back to the UK to visit, I honestly felt like I was in my own home
